As a Shift Manager, you’ll be the face of the Subway brand. You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team with your energy, enthusiasm and commitment to top-tier service. Whether it’s keeping the kitchen running smoothly, motivating your colleagues, or stepping in to make a perfect sub, you’ll keep things moving and customers happy.
You’ll take ownership of your shift, ensuring every aspect runs like clockwork – from food prep and hygiene to customer satisfaction and team morale. If you enjoy taking the lead, making decisions on your feet, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Preparing fresh, quality food to Subway standards
- Ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Handling cash and completing shift paperwork
- Maintaining a clean and safe store environment
- Supporting senior management with the day-to-day running of the store
- Leading, training and motivating your team throughout your shift
We’re looking for flexible, reliable and motivated individuals – ideally with previous experience in a supervisory or shift management role in hospitality, retail or catering. If you’ve got a great attitude and a genuine desire to develop within a growing brand, you’ll fit right in.
